Payment for replacement key to student accommodation at the Student Village.
HAVE YOU REPORTED YOUR MISSING KEYS TO ACCOMMODATION SERVICES – IF NOT DO THIS NOW
You should report missing accommodation keys in the first instance to Accommodation Services, Student Village – telephone 01978 293562 so that they can ensure a replacement key is readily available once you have paid the requisite charge.
When you have completed your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please take a copy of this e-mail along with your student ID to Accommodation Services, Student Village and they will provide you with a replacement key.
The opening hours for Accommodation Services are 9.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours you will need to contact Security – telephone 07764687909.
